Chimney Sweeping

It is that time of year again when we have to get the wood stove ready for burning. Yesterday Matt went up on the roof and did the chimney sweeping. It was a good thing because the buildup of creisole? It was indeed full, a couple five gallon buckets full. It is a good thing Matt did that because it would have definately started a chimney fire.

Thank Goodness we checked. He blew out the gutters on the house, and we are getting all of the outside stuff put away. We took the pool down yesterday also. Hard to believe Winter is on the way.
