Getting the boys to say HI is so much easier than getting their mother to do the same.I had a great time with them, even tho Crystal has a terrible sore throat.

Lunch At Crystal's

I went to Crystal's yesterday, and as usual had so much fun with the boys...eating at the table.

Grady is thinking about getting those puffs to his mouth. He is now big enough to sit in his own little chair, on the big chair at the table with the rest of the fam.

Hard to believe that this little man is so young. He is so smart, I am frightened for Crystal as these boys get older and smarter.

Saturday Night Out

We went out Saturday night to see a show in Aurburn. It as a really cool Roadhouse, not far from our house.  We saw Moonalice who played first, the the deadbeats...We danced until midnight...Fun, fun, fun!

Me And The Deck

I have this crazy habit of changing furniture around...today Matt and I moved the back deck around so that we could fit Grampa's Bar on it!

This meant I had to move all of the furniture around...

It came out pretty good, if I do say so myself...I know Grampa is looking down going, YAH! The bar is in use again. It fits perfect here!

The Dermatologist

So my appointment was changed to this am at 9:40...it is definately not a carcenoma it is a squamas cell cancer...lots of money later, a biopsy, and a freeze on, I have surgery scheduled for May 15 for my chest. And after that I have to treat my forhead, lips, chin, and shoulder with a chemotherapy creme. O brother, I wish I had known what the sun would do when I was young...

Needless to say, I was speechless!

A Bump

I have had this horrible bump on my chest for over a month now, It is huge and bubbly, I have tried to attack it, with no luck. It doesn't look like the other carcenomas I have had, here's hoping it is no big deal, because now I have another bumping up.  Scary stuff.

I have an appointment with a dermatologist on Wednesday, could use your prayers...

                                                                              

April 16

Again I am reminded just how fast time goes by...another Monday. Yesterday was a crazy day for me. Matt went fishing, and I dealt with an entire fireplace full of carpenter ants...yes, they are the huge ones. There were hundreds of them, I got my bug spray and sprayed until that ran out, then got a bottle of spic and span, used it up...When I got my wits about me, I got Matt's shop vac and started sucking them up. Then I vacuumed the whole house atleast 10 times, an act I will repeat everyday until I am sure there is nothing left. GROSS ME OUT...I do not have any kind of tolerance for creepy crawlers. No one to help me I was screaming the whole time.

It made me remember the days when I was raising the girls alone, and something like that would happen. It was crazy then too. This morning I had to tell Matt to take the wood that was soaked in toxins outside and not to burn them. They might blow up!

Today I do not see any anywhere but, I am still creeped out.

We all know that is much easier said then done.  Laughing and loving are much easier tasks to deal with on a daily basis.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter to Everyone...This is the first Easter in a long time that I am not cooking an Easter Dinner. Crystal, James, an the babies are staying home, after an exhausting two weeks of working around the house. Heather is just hanging at home after a long week of work. And, Matt and I are going to go over to Tom and Deb's for Easter Dinner later this afternoon.

All of our thoughts and prayers are with our loved one's.

Good Friday

Thank goodness it is Good Friday, come Sunday I can eat candy again...It is amazing how much you desire something when you have given it up.   It seems like a long 40 days.

Matt had a meeting with Lance and Gloria yesterday, we need everyone's prayers so that they decide for Matt to get more time in...

Old Stomping Grounds

We went down to Newport Beach when we were in So Cal...it was so clear that Huntington Beach looked as if it were right there!

Look past the pier you can also see Catalina Island, now that is clear...

Balboa Island still has incredible Balboa Bars, yumm...It reminded us of being kids down here at the Boardwalk...

The Perils Of Angel

The last day at mom and dad's was super stressful...Little Angel doggie go into rat poison and chewed and swallowed some...this is dad talking to poison control, before taking Angel to the Vets...

This innocent little face is actually not so Angelic...He is by far the busiest little dog I have ever seen...Look how cute he is!

He definately keeps mom and dad busy, each and every time Matt and I crept down the stairs or went into the bathroom, he barked mom and dad awake...he is really fun to play catch with, he has alot of spunk.
